WHAT TO DO IF
NAVIGATION SYSTEM
If a problem occurs when using the navigation system, refer to the following table.
Symptom
“ Traffic expired” is displayed on the main menu screen, or is displayed on the route guidance screen even though the setting to send your vehicle location to the Subaru Live Traffic server is enabled.
“ Location sharing off” is displayed on the main menu screen, or is displayed on the route guidance screen even though the subscription to the Subaru Live Traffic is valid.
Cause
Subscription to the Subaru Live Traffic has expired.
The setting to send your vehicle location to the Subaru Live Traffic server is disabled.
“ No connection” is displayed on the main menu screen, or is displayed on the route guidance screen.
DCM( Data Communication Module in vehicle cellular connection) communication has failed.
The Wi-Fi ® function is in use.
