If a problem occurs when attempting to perform a system update, refer to the following table.
Symptom
“ No server response.” is displayed and software cannot be downloaded.
“ The software install failed.” is displayed.
Cause
The vehicle may be in an area having weak communication signals.
An error occurred at the server.( Server cannot respond temporarily due to maintenance, etc.)
Software installation may have failed or an error of unidentified cause may have occurred.
