About EyeSight ■ Pre-Collision Braking System OFF indicator light x Illuminates when the Pre-Collision Braking System and Pre-Collision Throttle Management are off. x It also illuminates when the ignition switch is turned to the ON position, and then turns off approximately 7 seconds after the engine starts. Ÿ Refer to page 33. ■ Lane indicator x The left and right indicators simultaneously illuminate when Lane Keep Assist is in the standby status or when it is operating. x When the Lane Departure Warning is activated, both right/left Lane Indicators will flash at the same time. Ÿ Refer to page 68. x When the Lane Sway Warning is activate, right/left Lane Indicators will flash alternately. Ÿ Refer to page 71. ■ Steering wheel indicator x This indicator blinks when Lane Departure Warning or Lane Sway Warning operates. Ÿ Refer to pages 68 and 71. ■ Brake System warning light x EyeSight system does not operate when the parking brake lever is pulled and brake system warning light is illuminated. x EyeSight system may function even if the brake warning light is illuminated when the parking brake lever is not pulled. However, the EyeSight system may not operate properly due to abnormality in the brake system. In this case, the brake fluid may be low. Ÿ See the vehicle Owner’s Manual for detail. ■ Vehicle Dynamics Control warning light This indicator illuminates when the engine switch is turned to the ON position, and turns off approximately 2 seconds after the engine is started. It will illuminate if there is a malfunction in the VDC electrical control system. *Refer to the Owner’s Manual for details. 16
