Deceleration and lane centering control will continue where possible , but they may be canceled depending on the situation . Even if deceleration or lane centering control is canceled , Emergency Stop Assist continues to play an alert sound and display a warning screen and to use the hazard warning flashers to alert trailing and surrounding vehicles of the emergency situation .
