LEARNING AT WORK DEGREES |

Empower a thriving team
Our part-time courses allow your employees to get a university degree while they work , without going to university full time . When staff take on a work-based degree , they develop new skills and abilities to help your business grow . Once they ’ ve successfully completed their work-based degree , your staff will have enhanced strategic awareness , better knowledge of best practices and increased motivation to perform in your workplace .

Where your employees will study
These courses offer a different way to learn . Students are not studying on campus in structured lessons . Instead , Learning at Work courses are driven by self-study with the option to study online modules from home or work . If preferred , students can also choose to study some modules on campus or study purely from a distance .
