28 | 11 THE AUTHORS EBERHARD HÜBBE Eberhard Hübbe is a partner in the Düsseldorf office of goetzpartners. He is responsible for the Human Resources Management unit and advises companies mainly in matters relating to leadership development and quality. His consultation activities include talent, performance and potentials management as well as the management of complex change processes. He also deals with strategic personnel development and the development, design and implementation of company-wide, integrated personnel development systems and processes. Eberhard Hübbe has actively participated in numerous domestic and international projects for large enterprises and SMEs from the automotive, finance and energy sectors, and can look back on more than 15 years’ experience in the management consultancy field. He also has extensive experience in management coaching, with over 800 training courses to his credit, and appears as a speaker on leadership and change topics. Before coming to goetzpartners, Eberhard Hübbe spent more than 15 years at Kienbaum, where he was in charge of Talent & Change Management in the Human Resource Management business area. He studied psychology at Ruhr University Bochum. LARS FÖRSTER Lars Förster is a consultant, coach and trainer. Since 2011, he and a number of colleagues have been building up Förster und Netzwerk, a flexible network of consultants that business magazine brand eins rated one of Germany’s best consultancies in their field in 2016 for the third time in a row. The network’s main fields of activity are moderating and process support for leadership teams going through change processes as well as coaching and developing managers from a wide range of industries (including healthcare, the Internet, technology and innovation, the public sector and pharmaceuticals) and from different-sized companies (ranging from start-ups and SMEs through to large corporations). Lars Förster studied business administration at Freie Universität Berlin and Lincoln University in New Zealand, specialising in organisation and leadership as well as business psychology. He is a systemic consultant, with credentials from the Institut für systemische Beratung, Wiesloch, and has himself been involved in training consultants for that institute since 2012. He was employed at Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH from 2004 to 2011, most recently as an expert on leadership and change, working together with managers at all levels.
