Please note that some events may require additional approval and processing time, depending on their specific details. Holidays or breaks indicated in the academic calendar will affect processing time.
Tracking Event Attendance
All student organizations are required to track attendance at both virtual and in-person events.
Attendance for each event should be recorded within 24 hours after the event. Failure to track attendance at student organization events could result in the loss of the ability to host future student organization events. Please contact your campus Office of Student Engagement for questions regarding attendance tracking.

Click Check-in Attendees on the right( Pro-tip: there are helpful instructions at the top of the page)
Select your tracking method.
