Student Mobility Brochures (SMO-HSG) Juli 2015 | Page 33

All students studying abroad are required to promote the HSG during their term abroad. This can be done through participating in a study abroad fair or similar events, such as international dinners or the like. The promotion activity must be confirmed by the host university on the HSG representation form, which must be uploaded in the Mobility-Online portal within four weeks after the end of the exchange semester at the latest. The form can be downloaded at http://studentweb. unisg.ch – Exchange – During the exchange. Experience report All students studying abroad are required to write an experience report on their term abroad and upload it in the experience report database within four weeks after the end of the exchange semester at the latest. These reports are a helpful source of information for future students considering a term abroad. The report should contain information on personal experiences with the host university, the courses attended, as well as the people and culture of the host country. Guidelines for writing the report can be found at http://studentweb.unisg.ch – Exchange – After an exchange. 33 Partner universities Promoting the HSG while abroad
