Male, 16

Just like any other teenager, he’s really stressed. As I talked to him, he told me that school causes most of his stress. He often stresses about school and threatens to move high school. In his mind, his solution is moving high schools. Moving high schools would build more stress on you. Having to adapt to new people and a new environment is probably worse. He doesn’t care about that, his main focus is school. His parents are strict, so he stresses to impress. At times, when he doesn’t have a good relationship with his family, it’s difficult for him to feel motivated. He feels left out sometimes, how is he supposed to accomplish goals without support? That’s why he sometimes isolates himself in his room to finish work when he’s over the top stressed, he watches prankster videos or works out. Everybody has their own method of helping themselves with stress, that’s his. He likes to watch videos and work out because it distracts his from school. Laughter and dedication makes him happy, forgetting all his worries and letting go of the negative vibes.

She enjoys having a good time, she enjoys going to school for the fun. School is too much for her, she even quit video gaming, even when she quit playing video games there still wasn’t enough time to hang out with her family, not even her friends. She claims that her relationship with her parents hasn’t changed, it’s the same. With that being said, I can assume that she rather talk to friends than family. Typical teenager, right? Right. Besides the family issue, she finds her self-esteem going down. When she’s in class she tends to stress out even more. When she doesn’t know what to do with homework she finds herself feeling as if her knowledge has lowered down in that subject. Coming from eighth grade, it was easy, straight A’s, no problem. Now that she’s learning more complicated things, it’s hard for her to get things done and it ends up making her cry. Due date when you don’t know what to do is one of the worst stress feelings you can feel. To relive stress, she enjoys listening to music and just mess around on her phone. When she’s feeling down she might even cry when she thinks she can’t handle it. One should never give up so she always finds a way to bounce back up and give school her all.
