Stress is a challenge we all face every day. We all get it in different ways, either it’s projects, parties, or anything else. We also have different methods of preventing stress. My method is watching a movie or being with friends. I live in the United States of America. With that being said, we have different methods of than some of South America.

The top ways to reduce stress in America are doing yoga, acupressure and exercising their way through stress. It’s most common for Americans to do yoga because it’s relaxing and healthy to everyone in so many ways. If it were up to me, yoga would be free because we shouldn’t be paying for something that is supposed to relieve our stress. Paying for it would build up more stress. Doing yoga for a while a day can help you breathe, relax your body, and that helps you let out the tension from your large muscles groups. Once that’s done it’s supposed to flush all the parts of your brain and body with fresh blood replacing your bad, stressed blood. This doesn’t only help you relieve stress but it helps your mentally and physically in a positive manner. Next is acupressure, acupressure is used to relieve your stress as well. It is meant to release tension and increase the circulation of your blood. As you do acupressure you gain resistance to diseases and your body is becoming healthier each time you do so. This can be helpful to all ages; it will help you live a long healthy life. The third most common stress reliever in America for is exercise. Talking to a student that considers physical activity a stress reliever told me some interesting things, his thoughts were that he works out because it calms his stress from school and it keeps him pumped up and happy throughout the day. Exercise also burns away the chemicals like cortisol and norepinephrine that cause stress.
