Stress isn’t just in your head; it reacts and responds to your body. When stress causes changes to your body, it can then cause stress to your health. An example of this is diabetes, if a woman with diabetes gets chromatic stress it can cause damage. There isn’t a way to get rid of diseases. The best thing you can do is to take care of yourself and do everything possible to prevent chronic stress.
