If you skip your breakfast, you won’t make up your requirements for the day and you won’t get enough vitamins and minerals. It is better to eat at breakfast rather than eating a bunch at dinner. Eating before bed will interfere with your sleep. If you want to be healthy, you have to eat at the right times with certain amounts so that you won’t become even more stressed. When you’re stressed you also get the temptation to eat when you’re bored so you eat and eat and eat, when really you should be watching yourself. If you don’t, you’ll find yourself lacking in micro and/or macro nutrients. You wouldn’t be going for the goal you want if you don’t do what you’re supposed to.
Conclusion:
Overall, you should learn how to control you stress so that you can stop eating fatty foods and eat a balanced meal each and every day. With also an hour of physical activity and a healthy diet you can lose weight! To learn how to eat right ask your doctor or look at your BMI (Body Mass Index) and create your own diet according to your specific weight and height. So stop being a couch potato and get up and do something with yourself. Wouldn’t you rather feel confident and productive rather than tired and stressed? I certainly would, which is why I’ve chosen to do something about it. I care about myself more now and now that I do, I want to feel confident in my body. With that self-confidence I’d also have confidence at school and I’d be less stressed. The point is, you tend to eat more when your stress and when you’re stressed it’s not so possible to lose weight.
