How Can Physical Activity Help?
If you know what cortisol (stress hormone) is then you’re probably thinking that I don’t know what I’m talking about, but I do. First of all, if you gain weight, the best way to lose weight would be to do a little bit of physical activity. Drinking pills, energy drinks, or powders will not be as effective as actual physical activity. All of that is meant for obese people and also people over 18. If you consider yourself over weight you should consider doing some daily exercise. When exercising, many benefits may come to you. Your heart will be healthier, you’ll be in better shape, and you will live longer. Your heart becomes healthier when you exercise because your heart pumps more blood throughout your body and it helps you stay awake rather than being a couch potato with a low heart rate. Your heart is the most important organ in your body. To improve your hearts health with exercise isn’t as hard as you think. Just by taking daily walks, jogs, or runs can help you so much as long as it’s up to 30 minutes. It can improve your cholesterol, lower risk to heart disease and may lower your blood pressure by 5 to 7 points. With doing so you also get into a better shape. Are you tired of seeing the couch potato tummy when you look in the mirror? The answer is exercise! Think about it, the benefits are amazing and you’d be able to feel comfortable in what you wear. You’d look great and you’d feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s also great that you’d live longer. You’d be healthy because you’d get more sleep and you’d have stronger bones. So when you’re older you won’t be as fragile and you won’t struggle with your heart. You’d be strong for a long time.
