Learn to row this year with British Rowing ’ s Adult Explore Rowing courses . Choose one of two options : 1 . Group Learn to Row course ( starting September 2013 )
The course is typically 10 to 12 sessions for £ 100 to £ 120 . Courses are run in small groups and are suitable for beginners of all ages ( 16 +) and ability levels .
Course options will be :
Monday mornings 9:30 – 11am Wednesday mornings 9:30 – 11 am Monday evenings 6:30 – 7:30 pm + Sunday 12 – 1:30pm Wednesday evenings 6:30 – 7:30 pm + Sunday 12 – 1:30pm
If you are interested , the Club will be offering £ 10 ‘ taster sessions ’ over the summer months . 2 . Individual private lessons ( 18 + only )
Learn to Row
Private lessons are available off-peak ie weekdays mornings and weekends after 12noon . Lessons are taught by qualified British Rowing coaches in stable learner boats . Lessons can be for individuals , pairs or groups of 5 .
Individuals : one hour – £ 35 / one and a half hours – £ 45 Pairs : one hour – £ 20 each / one and a half hours – £ 25 each Group of 5 : one hour – £ 10 each / one and a half hours – £ 12 each
One hour lessons are for those who can already row and know about rowing boats . One and a half hour lessons are suitable for beginners . Contact us indicating whether you would like weekday or weekend lesson and we will put you in touch with a coach . Email : suabcadmin @ sky . com
