CSF was established by local people for
the people of Frankston in need of
help. We are accountable to our
community members for the delivery
of services, projects and activities
through our funding bodies, partners,
clients, members, volunteers and the
Board of Management.
The progress of this Strategic Plan will
be monitored by the CSF Board and
Manager.
Over the next 3 years we will:

� Contribute to decreasing
disadvantage in our community
