On 13th July, Team Lift2befit will be heading to
Boughton House in Northamptonshire to take part
in Tough Mudder's main Midlands event. Home to
thousands of acres of the UK’s thickest woodlands,
Boughton House's log obstacles are some of the
world’s most brutal. This course features tonnes of
natural water and miles of muddy farmland.
With obstacles including electro shock therapy,
arctic enema, underwater tunnels, the mud mile,
trench warfare, nine foot high wooden walls, five
meter high hay stacks, high ropes, monkey bars,
cage crawls, fire jumping, log hurdles and ultimate
leaps of faith, Tough Mudder will push Team
Lift2befit to their limits and beyond.
The relatively new group, headed up by Marian,
largely credit the 27 year old who hails from
Slovakia for this new found or rekindled love of
exercise and a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Speaking to Stone and Eccleshall Life its
obvious Marian certainly practices what he
preaches as a personal trainer with an infectious
enthusiasm for his passion.
After moving to the UK over eight years ago to
pursue his ambition of becoming a professional
fitness instructor, Marian is now living the dream
and encouraging as many other people as possible
