P
brate book launch
Staffordshire businesses to stock her book in local
retailers and venues, as well as being available on
Amazon.
Liz, who is currently expecting her second child,
added: “Through my own business journey, I have
built strong links with so many other fellow local
companies I really wanted to work alongside them
to launch this book.”
Although a keen baker from an early age Liz
actually only started baking professionally four
years ago, after leaving a career in teaching to raise
her son, William. Liz now runs monthly cake
decorating classes and sugar craft lessons, as well
as supplying branded cupcakes for local businesses,
children’s themed party cakes, wedding towers,
cake pops and her adult-only cocktail infused range,
working with clients all across Staffordshire and
beyond.
For now however as she embarks on her
maternity leave, Liz plans to take some time off this
year, at least until the end of September anyway,
when she has a wedding afternoon tea booked in
and some cupcake decorating classes in the
Autumn.
The book, which makes an ideal and thoughtful
gift for keen bakers everywhere, is available on
Amazon for just £6, or can be pre-ordered online at
www.simplyscrumptiouscupcakes.co.uk. The kindle
version of the book is also nearly ready, and will be
available to download from Amazon soon.
