Recently, Leadership Stillwater Class 34 raised $ 44,000 in support of the LIFE Center’ s Adult Day Services.

Regular weekly activities include music enrichment, yoga, board games, daily exercise programs, arts & crafts, adapted sports, seasonal parties and guest speakers. Services include noon meals, health and nutrition monitoring and medication, speech and memory therapies, recreational activities and group exercises. The center also offers caregiver and support group education, respite, referrals and caregiver conferences.
Recently, Leadership Stillwater Class 34 raised $ 44,000 in support of the LIFE Center’ s Adult Day Services. Thanks to a generous match grant from the Carl C. Anderson Sr. & Marie Jo Anderson Charitable Foundation and in-kind vehicle repairs from Xtra Mile Auto Care, the total economic value recognized by the Life Center exceeds
$ 60,000! Showcasing and supporting LIFE Center was part of Class 34’ s group project, a cornerstone of the Leadership Stillwater program. Each year, class members collaborate to identify a local nonprofit and work as a team to meet specific needs while creating a lasting, positive impact.
“ Leadership Stillwater Class 34 wanted our efforts to not only bring awareness to the LIFE Center Adult Day Services but also show families in the community what Stillwater has to offer,” said James Boggs, Leadership Stillwater Class 34 member and Blue Sky Bank Regional President.
The awareness and funds raised by Leadership Stillwater Class 34 will help LIFE Center Adult Day Services continue and expand its mission of promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for those it serves.
