Community Events and Sponsorship Opportunities
We offer many ways to get your business name out in the St . Croix Valley as part of a Community Event . Event sponsorship is a great way to target locals and increase your brand exposure in the Valley . Sponsorship investment opportunities accommodate all marketing budgets , large and small .
Bags Bingo and Beer . Who doesn ’ t like a little competition , Bingo , and fun ? It is a time for the community to get out of the house and enjoy some good company , food , fun , and beer . In 2020 this event was held on February 29 at Brian ’ s on Main Street Stillwater , and co-sponsored by the Bayport American Legion .
Winter Gala Community Award Celebration . In just a few years , our Winter Gala Community Award Celebration has become a sell-out , unique evening for community members to come together and honor the people and organizations that make an impact within our wonderful St . Croix Valley . We present awards for small & large business of the year , educator , nonprofit , volunteer , hero , and ambassador . A black-tie evening event , the Winter Gala Community Award Celebration brings community leaders together from all walks of life . Held February 7 , 2020 with a patriotic USO theme at the JX Event Center and will return there in February of 2021 .
Community Showcase . Designed to promote and support our local businesses , the Showcase reminds the community to “ buy local .” Free to attend , and with 120 + organizations of all kinds exhibiting , the Showcase draws in thousands of local residents with live entertainment on two stages , kid ’ s activities , and food from local restaurants . The Showcase has been rescheduled to spring of 2021 at the Stillwater Area High School Pony Activity Center .
Food Truck Extravaganza . This newer , highly successful event located at the Washington County Fairgrounds , has been well attended with over 9,000 people last year ! With over 30 food trucks , a marketplace , music , business area and kid ’ s activities . Family friendly with lots to do , people come to grab some food , shop and learn more about our local businesses . Event also includes a pizza eating contest , bingo , a beer tent and live music ! Scheduled for August 8 , 2020 .
Chamber Open Golf Tournament . Our annual Golf event is well established with over 120 golfers coming out to support the Chamber and have fun . We move the event each year to a different local golf course , so participants get a nice variety . Scheduled for August 24 , 2020 at Stillwater Country Club .
Rivertown Fall Art Festival A St . Croix Valley tradition for over 30 years , the Rivertown Fall Art Festival is a juried , fine art event with a marketplace , live music , beer and wine tent , food and fun . This regional art event takes place on the shores of the beautiful St . Croix River in downtown Stillwater bringing over 10,000 people from the Twin Cities metro and Upper Midwest . With over 120 Fine Artists , the Rivertown Fall Art Festival is a well-respected regional art event . Scheduled for October 3-4 , 2020 In Lowell Park .
Leadership in the Valley Sponsor a curriculum day , a lunch , the new class reception or graduation . The program runs from September – May and after the first cohort graduations , an Alumni Association will be created for long term dedication and commitment to the St . Croix Valley .
