become more commonplace and water will start
to replace soda as your beverage of choice. Good
health is not about deprivation, it is truly about
satisfaction. You become satisfied and fulfilled
that you have made a great choice for yourself!
You will lead by example and you will succeed
when others become inspired to care for themselves in the same way. Surround yourself with
positive people that support you and you will
begin to not only change your life, but also you
will affect positive change on others.
It is definitely not an easy process to look
within and find that “reason” for your need to
change. Learn to love the skin you are in and
amazing things will happen. Small changes
that can become lasting habits can make a much
more meaningful impact on your health than a
$40 bottle of pills from the drug store.
