It's that time of year again... New Years Resolutions! The probability that you will actually complete half of your resolutions is quite low. I am going to show you how to ACTUALLY get them done. I will give you the solutions to the top resolutions made in the past years and some less common ones. Just remember, set realistic goals and try not to beat yourself up about them.
Exercise more often: I'm pretty sure we all have made this New Years Resolution at least one time in our life. So, don't be ashamed that you quit or gave up after the first month or so. I have a few ideas for you that will help you to get that pesky resolution through with.
Use this chart and modify it to
your liking. This could mean cutting out the New Haircut and replace it to be "Get a new T-Shirt." It will definitely help you to get through with that resolution and lose some weight while you are at it. If your goal isn't to lose weight, change this to days, hours, minutes, etc. Another great idea is to get a Pinterest board named "Exercise Ideas" and try one of those ideas each day. If you like one, do it more often, if you hate one, just delete it. An awesome way to do this is to do one of those 30 day challenge things.
