SM: Yeah! Almost, I actually started out at Sephora, I worked there for 6 months!
S&S: Cool! Was it hard (working at Sephora) like, were they demanding?
SM: It wasn't hard for me, it was actually too easy and there weren't really challenges. I needed something that would challenge me. I also think it has a lot to do with the team you're with. It's a hit or a miss in most cases with that. For the most part, my team was awesome! But the last couple of months were nothing but bad.
S&S: That's awesome that they at least treated you good. Do you ever get criticism?

I try to be as kind as possible.
S&S: I completely agree with the way you respond to it! Most people would get angry/frustrated with them, but I like to think of it as constructive. Anyway, like Taylor Swift says "Haters gonna hate... Shake it off."
SM: Yes! I see a lot of my peers that will get angry with them on their own work or on mine. I'm just like "AAAAHHHH!"
S&S: What are your thoughts on the beauty trends of 2016? Like the rainbow highlighter, massive contouring where unnecessary, etc.
SM: I mean some of them are totally fun, I dig the rainbow highlighter and all of the "moon" themed highlighters too! The massive contouring is a little iffy to me personally. I know spider
