It’s Spring! And that means a breath of fresh air! Your Mom might be making you help
with Spring Cleaning around the house or maybe you’re getting outdoors to run or enjoy the warmer weather. It’s also a great time to start up a new hobby!! Check out our
list of FUN things you can learn about - which one will you pick?
1. Make a Movie. Learn how to make and edit a movie using just your
phone and computer.
2. Learn to Play the Guitar. Find a friend, relative, or neighbor that can
teach you the basics of playing the guitar - fingering, chords, etc.
3. How to Paint. With your parents permission (of course) paint an
old piece of furniture or maybe even your room! Learn how to
correctly prep, paint, and finish the job!
4. Play a Sport. Is there a sport that you’ve always wanted to try? Do it! The options are
endless: soccer, tennis, swimming, lacrosse, softball, golf, basketball, football, and more!
5. Be a Tourist. Checkout your town’s City Hall or Visitor Center and see what
you can learn about it’s history and roots. You might be surprised
with what you discover!
