3 step necklace frame Grab an old frame or buy a used one at a thrift store (I found mine for $2 at the DI. ) Take off any backing or glass so that the middle is empty. Decide what color you want to paint your frame. Either use spray paint you already have or find some at a store for around $5. Go outdoors and follow the instructions on the can to paint your frame. You may need a couple of coats! When your frame is dry, grab a pencil and measure out where you want to place your hooks across the top inside of your frame. I used these inexpensive cup hooks found at any hardware store. Simply push and twist them into the wood until they are secure. Congratulations! Your necklace frame is done, ready to be put up and filled with sparkling jewelry! 21
