how to make a mini-greenhouse Supplies: Easy Plants to Grow: - clear plastic cups - marigolds - clear packing tape - cosmos - garden soil - sunflowers - seeds - grass - water - basil - mint Instructions: - Fill one plastic cup with soil, until about an inch from the top. - Poke a hole in the middle of the soil and place your seeds. Lightly cover with soil. - Sprinkle with enough water to make the soil damp. - Turn 2nd plastic cup upside down and put marigold seeds after 4 days on top of the 1st cup. Tape together with packing tape. - Place your greenhouse in a window with plenty of the sun. And no need to water! It will water itself as the water evaporates, condescends, and precipitates back onto your seeds! - When the plant begins to outgrow the cup, transfer to a large cup or pot. photos by marci preece
