worldwide have an Arbor Day of
their own!

The holiday celebrates trees! Festivities include planting and caring
for trees. Many groups also use it
as an opportunity to educate others about the importance of trees
to our environment.

How can you celebrate? With your
parent’s permission and help, find
a place to plant a tree in your yard.
If you don’t have room for a tree,
any plant will do! Plant a flower, a
vegetable or maybe herbs! Or try
