Velo3D appoints Xu as CFO , Sidwell as CCO
Velo3D has appointed Hull Xu as its Chief Financial Officer . Hull Xu brings more than 15 years of corporate finance experience in the technology Hull Xu industry , most recently with Cepton , as Chief Financial Officer as well as significant capital markets and investment banking experience at the Royal Bank of Canada , Barclays Capital , and GE Capital . He will be responsible for the company ’ s finance , accounting , treasury , corporate development , and investor relations activities . Additionally , Michelle Sidwell has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer to unify sales , product strategy , and the company ’ s customer service initiatives . She will now oversee the company ’ s sales , marketing , customer service , and business development organizations .
Euromac adapts to the Dutch market
Euromac S . p . A , an Italian manufacturer of sheet metal working machines , has optimised its organisational structure for the Dutch market . It has set up three partnerships to handle sales and advice ( WMS Machinery ), service m maintenance and parts ( Jansen Machine Service B . V ), and software support ( CNC Gear ), under the name Euromac Benelux . Central European Sales Manager Frank Heyerick explained that the increasing complexity of production technology and demand for automated solutions have prompted this increase in specialisation . The new three-pronged business model has been implemented worldwide , enabling the Italian machine manufacturer to strengthen its position in the market while responding to increasing demand for its production technology automation solutions .
Kemptron Oy ’ s new CEO has been elected
Kemppi Oy ’ s Board of Directors has elected Petri Suikkanen ( 51 ) as the new CEO of Kemptron Oy . He is currently Director , Finance and Petri Suikkanen Operations at the health technology company Adamant Health Oy . Suikkanen will take up his new position on 1 August 2024 . Kemptron Oy is a new company that will be established within the Kemppi Group as a result of the partial demerger of Kemppi Oy . Electronics production and contract manufacturing will be transferred to the new sister company , known as Kemptron Oy , on 1 August 2024 . During the summer , Petri will be familiarized with his duties at Kemptron in connection with the partial demerger project of Kemppi Oy . Prior to his current position , Petri Suikkanen had an extensive career as CFO of Saimaa Group Oy and Enics AG .
