Matthew Grussing joins Olympic Steel
Olympic Steel Inc., a national metals service center, has appointed Matthew Grussing as Vice President-Fabrication. In his new role, Mr Grussing will oversee the execution of Olympic Steel’ s fabrication strategy. His priorities will include strengthening the organization’ s fabrication-focused commercial presence, advancing operational standardization, and driving the adoption of new technologies. Mr Grussing joined Olympic Steel in 2010 as an Inside Sales Representative. Over his more than 16-year tenure, he has taken on a series of increasingly senior commercial roles, including serving as General Manager of the Company’ s Minneapolis, Minnesota, plate processing facility and, most recently, Director-Fabrication.

Ulbrich appoints Matt Lappen as VP- Distribution
Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals has appointed Matt Lappen as Vice President, Distribution Group. Lappen will lead Ulbrich’ s distribution group, overseeing its network of metal service centers across North America and Europe. Lappen will work closely with division leadership to support focused growth, operational alignment, and consistent value delivery to customers. Technip appoints Jesse Stanley as President

Technip Energies has appointed Jesse Stanley as President, Technologies & Products( T & P) Business Unit and member of the Executive Committee. In this role, she will lead the Company’ s technologies and products offering, accelerating innovation, strengthening its differentiated technology portfolio, and delivering on Technip Energies’ strategic ambition for T & P’ s business growth. Jesse Stanley began her career in consulting with Accenture in Germany from 2005 to 2007. She then joined Shell plc in 2007, where she held various positions across logistics, global sales and marketing in Europe and Asia until 2016. From 2017 to 2019, she served as Senior Strategy Advisor in Group Corporate Strategy at Shell in the Netherlands. She then appointed as General Manager, Unconventionals Commercial from 2019 to 2020, Vice President Pipeline Operations from 2020 to 2021 and Chief Operating Officer for Shell Energy Trading Americas from 2021 to 2024.
