FLOWERS We admire the floral displays on a Sunday and many are in memory of a loved one since past. Helen Biggar (mother of Enez) 25 March 1920 – 3 August 2009 Was remembered by the flowers on Easter Sunday Joyce McHaffie (mother of Morag & Neil) 13 May 1932 – 25 May 2016 All are welcome to pop their donation into the Flower Tin. The contents are presented and blessed during the Offertory on a Sunday morning. Please include the details, name & anniversary date if your donation is to remember a loved one. Dorothy Nicholson Try adding chopped onion and sage leaves to the meat mix when making sausage rolls. They’ll be cheaper, healthier and tastier. When your aerosol won’t spray but there’s plenty left in the canister, run the nozzle under a hot tap. It will work again, and you can use up what’s still inside. To clean metal oven racks put in a large bowl with washing up liquid, and two or three tumble drier sheets and soak overnight.
