Kids Activities on Sundays
On Sundays during school terms younger children (kids) who come along
to worship services with their parents generally do drawings in the church
annex for the early part of the service before hearing a story from the worship leader. After that they move over to the meeting room for Kids
Activities on Sundays (KAOS) led by a couple of dedicated adults.
On the first Sunday of May, our Minister Rev. Chris Lockley conducted
Holy Communion early in the worship enabling the kids and the dedicated
adults to participate before KAOS.
At the conclusion of Communion, the entire congregation participated in a
passing of the Peace,. Whilst all were on their feet and milling around,
Chris called the children together and blessed them before they left for
KAOS. Brian Rope’s quickly grabbed image below shows Chris blessing
the kids.
