All members of St Margaret ’ s and the broader Hackett-Downer- Watson community are invited to contribute articles and photographs about things that have happened or are going to happen at the St Margaret ’ s / Holy Cross complex or in the local community . Articles about members of the community ’ s own involvements in things of interest to others in the community may also be submitted for potential publication .
The deadline for material for the next issue is 14 April , with that issue being published on 21 April . Material should be given to the editor Brian Rope or to Lynda at the church office . It may be handwritten or typed . It may be posted , emailed or personally delivered .
The Editor reserves the right to edit , or even not use , material .

Huge thankyous to everyone who helped in any way to make mum ’ s service to commemorate her life , and the refreshments after it , go so smoothly . Thank you to Chris for being so supportive of the family in the period leading up to mum ’ s death and for the service itself . Thank you to Erica and Kirsty and all the other good folk who set up for Tuckerbox on Thursdays for their immediate agreement to change their arrangements in order to enable us to have the service on a Thursday lunchtime . Thank you to all the wonderful St Margaret ’ s folk who set up and later cleaned up the hall for the lunch , provided food and drinks and did all the work in the kitchen and serving . Thank you to David for playing the music at the service . Thank you to Robin for providing and arranging the beautiful flowers in the church for the service . Thank you to Lynda for letting everyone know about mum ’ s death and the funeral arrangements . Thank you to all who attended the service or sent thoughtful and loving cards or messages or floral tributes . All of this re-affirmed for me the immense value of this wonderful church community that we have in this place . My extended family all appreciated the great support .
