MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR OF SALES
It’s officially my favorite time of year! Summer is here! As crazy as the past few months
have been it has been an excellent time for golf. We can’t thank you all enough for
complying with all the new regulations as we learn to adjust to social distancing standards
and our ever changing procedures during the renovation.
As you can imagine, the past few months have been great for membership. Not only
is the course in great condition but with golf being one of the few activities available,
membership in on a steady increase. I have a handful of members I reach out to regularly;
they are willing to be what we are calling a Club Ambassador. When I have someone
interested in joining, we will pair them up with a Club Ambassador. They are paired with
the prospective member for a round, but also are a resource to answer questions regarding
the experience of being a member. I would love to have a few more members that I can
reach out to for this. If you are interested in playing with a member prospect please send
me an email at [email protected]. As much as I can sell the club, the best way to
close the deal is with your experience out here day in and day out.
During this renovation time if any of you have an event I can put together a proposal
for, let me know. We will be hosting everything from small social events at the firepit, to
annual fundraising events, to any corporate meeting you can imagine…big or small. Being
a member, you do receive significant discounts on our room rentals. We also love member
referrals for these banquets. If you know anyone looking to host an event or hosts an event
annually, please send them my way.
