LETTER FROM FOOD & BEVERAGE
We’re excited about how the renovations have been coming along. The Chef has done
a great job producing an exciting menu. The bartending team has also come up with
some exciting cocktails and wines to pair with these great dishes. Here is a cocktail
you may like to try at home during this time that you will see on upcoming menu.
It’s a nice light refreshing cocktail Hendricks Cucumber Cooler
INGREDIENTS
• 1 1/2 oz Hendricks gin
• 4-6 slices cucumber
• 1/4 medium lime (sliced)
• 4 oz tonic water
• 6 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add mint, lime, gin, and to
shaker and muddle.
2. Add cucumber slices to shaker
and shake.
3. Pour mixture over glass filled
with ice and top with tonic water.
4. Garnish with a Cucumber
