This and that DIY PHONE HOLDER AND CHARGING STATION By Cecilia Carapella Up-cycling is important. We need to be good stewards of the world God has given us. So let’s reuse what we can and make it practical and fun! Today we are making a pretty and useful phone holder and charging station. What you need: Toilet paper roll (no toilet paper on it), 4 tacks (colorful optional), Washi tape (optional), Paint or spray paint (optional), Stickers (optional), Scissors How to do it: Take your clean toilet paper roll and measure the size of the bottom of your phone. Cut out the inside of the box you just created. Now cut out a hole in the back that fits your charger. Now it’s time to decorate!!! Put your tacks in the bottom. When you are done put your phone and charger in it. STUDENT OF THE MONTH--LANCE LAVERY By Lily Kinnison Lance Lavery is our student of the month! (He’ll stay hydrated!) Finally, Lance enjoys being a server at Mass, and he really loves God! BOOK REVIEW: SECRETS AT SEA By Maureen Hannon Secrets at Sea, by Richard Peck, is definitely a must read. This lovely book is about a family of mice who struggle to make a living in the world. Eventually they have to cross the ocean on a boat filled with humans, and, as you can expect, things go hilariously wrong. I know what you are thinking. Not an attention grabber. But actually, once you start reading you just can't stop. When I started reading it, the book just grabbed me by my hands and yanked me in. I thoroughly hope you enjoy reading this book. Richard Peck is a terrific author, and Secrets at Sea is one of his best
