This month our weird but good food is Kefir. Kefir is a creamy, fermented milk drink. It has more health benefits than yogurt. It is high in calcium, iron, and other minerals. This creamy drink contains vitamin B and D. Kefir is a popular drink in Eastern Europe, although people in Russia have consumed it for a long time. It is just now becoming popular in the USA and in Japan. A lot of people refer it to a smoothie, as it comes in many flavors like strawberry, blueberry and many more. You should try it sometime. Find it at any grocery store.
