Vidyavisharada Mahavidwan Sriman Kasturi Srinivasarangacharya has several noble accomplishments even as he was the Srikaryakartha of the Matham. Few noteworthy ones are as follows. There was a time when many of the Vishnu temples were a matter of worry as there were no proper aradhakas to perform the daily aradhanams. Swamy took up the matter, trained several archakas, taught them agama shastra and made them capable of serving the abodes of the Lord. Even today their descendents are continuing this wonderful tradition and take the name of Swamy with utmost respect and gratitude. When Swamy’s Acharya, Srimadabhinava Ranganatha Parakala Swamy expressed his desire to undertake yatra till Badarinatha, Swamy took this as his command and successfully arranged the entire yatra successfully and very efficiently with an elaborate planning and realization of the same. Swamy also arranged for the 80th avatara mahotsavam of Srimadabhinava Ranganatha Parakala Swamy in a manner befitting the greatness of the Acharya. Swamy tirelessly worked towards this goal that brought great fame and glory to the Matham. Swamy also took personal care to arrange for Vidwat-bahumanams, Samarajyapattabhishekam, Vidwat-Sadas, Parayanams, Upanyasams, Bhagavatha tadeeyaradhanams and other programs. It was his gurubhakti and vishvasam towards the Matham that encouraged him to take great initiatives. If not for his enthusiasm, dedication, devotion and hardwork, that avatara mahotsavam wouldn’t have scaled such superlative glories which it did. For many long years, Swamy also served as the editor and co-ordinator of several works of Purvacharyas that were published in the Matham press. Swamy took keen interest and immensely contributed towards assembling and bringing-out the magnum-opus composition “Gudhartha-sangaha” of his Acharya. Same was also true for Granthamala series of Purvacharya Srisuktis published under the auspices of Sri Parakalaswamy Matham. Srimadabhinava Srinivasa Brahmatantra Swatantra Parakala Swamy Sriman Kasturi Srinivasarangacharya, who belonged to the purvacharya paramparas of the Matham, who had the direct sambandham of the Matham from a long time and who was a great scholar, experienced administrator, who was known as vidyabhimani and vidyaprotsahaka, ascended the holy Acharya peetham of Sri Brahmatantra Swatantra Parakala Matham in plavanga-nama samvatsara, vaishakha-shukla-panchami, as the 34th Acharya with the divine name “Srimadabhinava Srinivasa Brahmatantra Swatantra Parakala Mahadeshika”. Including Swamy, there we re now five Acharyas in the guru-parampara of Sri Parakala Matham who had the turiyashrama name as “Srinivasa Brahmatantra Swatantra Parakala”. The fourth Sri Srinivasa Parakala Swamy was regarded as an adbhuta-medhavi, atishayashastrajna, aashcharyakara-yogi, tantrashastra-nipuna etc. This Swamy had propagated the siddhantam in an extraordinary way and had made the keertidhvaja of Sri Parakala Matham fly high. Swamy who was the fifth Acharya with the same name “Srinivasa Parakala” and who hailed from the same lineage also beamed as a vidyabhimani, vidyaprotsahaka and undertook extraordinary kainkaryams towards propagation of Sri Ramanuja siddhantam. On May 14th 1967, the Venkatesha Sabha of Mysore submitted a request letter to Swamy. It said “Revered Acharya, our Venkatesha Sabha was established sixty years ago under the divine command of Sri Krishna Brahmatantra Swatantra Parakala Swamy. It is achieving G-39
