communication and leadership
development take to deliver shared
value to its stakeholders?

Toastmasters is a communication &
leadership development program. We
have given opportunity to every member
to develop their communication and
leadership skill from symposium. Following leadership and communication tracks
members can improve and archive up to
distinguish toastmaster (DTM).
8. What would you rate as the toastmaster’s main strength, & how can
SLCS members capitalize on this?

Again I would like to mention about
communication. Communication is the
main thing. May be you have good
leadership qualities. But if you don’t
know how to communicate, then you
cannot become a good leader. In toastmasters we learn that communication is
key to Leadership. Communication and
Leadership are two main ingredients
that our members can capitalize on.
