Favorite city you've traveled to? Fady: This is a tough one; it’s definitely between Denver and Los Anglos. I am a city person; both cities give you the opportunity to be outdoors and do things like hiking, exploring new bars/hot spots, and well enjoy the beautiful weather. Miranda: Minneapolis during St. Patrick’s Day! It’s also home of Target headquarters and the Mall of America. Jacki: Kansas City, MO! Teresa: So many! But probably Kansas City and Albuquerque. First thing you bought yourself after you first paycheck? Fady: The first gift I bought myself after my first paycheck was a vacation. I don’t know if that is considered a gift or not, but it was over due. Miranda: Wardrobe bag, a must for major shows. Jacki: I really don't remember. I probably spent the money on an expensive meal or a designer handbag. Teresa: A new furniture set for my bedroom. Worst thing about doing auto shows? Fady: The worst thing about doing a few shows is the time change and the weather ha ha. Miranda: .Germs and sore feet! Jacki: Wearing heels for 8hrs a day, while acting like you could wear them all day. ( which im very convincing btw) Teresa: The changing weather and super early flights you can sometimes get. Memorable moment from an auto show? Fady: Ohh there are so many, but the most memorable moment for me happened this passed season. We did a team taco dinner night during a long show and honestly it brought us closer to each other. Miranda: Working the formal Charity Preview night in 2017. I was running a simulator near the live broadcasts. Jacki: When a consumer remembered me from the year prior and came to the auto show with flowers to thank me for helping them make a car purchase. It made me feel so appreciated and makes my job so rewarding! Teresa: When I met the Pittsburgh Steelers and gave them a walk around of our latest sports car in our display. Most embarrassing moment from an auto show? Fady: While there are a few, the most embarrassing one has to be during a narration the truck would not open, and I looked like a fool. Turns out someone locked it after I had unlocked it. Miranda: At the Chicago show some notso-appropriate audio played loudly out of a truck tailgate. It was a quiet night shift so it echoed in the convention center. Jacki: Walking around the auto show floor with a hole in the buttcrack seam of my pants! I guess they were a little too tight, thank God a co worker pointed it out and not a consumer. Teresa: During a narration, I was greeting the city we were in and I accidentally forgot which city we were in and I just went silent on the mic. Then someone shouted :You;re in Raleigh!" But the guests were nice about it and we all laughed.
