Client Service and Relationship Management emerge as particular strengths, with the team described as“ professional, proactive, and trustworthy,” ensuring that“ any issues are dealt with high urgency”. Given this strong performance, it is unsurprising that over a third( 37 %) of respondents rate HSBC as Excellent or Very Good, while an additional third classify their experience as Good. Perhaps the most compelling endorsement comes when clients are
asked whether they would recommend HSBC to their industry peers. Of those who answered, 100 % responded with an unequivocal“ yes”.
