MEGAN HOGUE
Megan Hogue is an associate attorney at Pringle & Herigstad , P . C . in Minot . She handles a wide variety of cases , but primarily focuses her practice on general civil litigation , personal injury , family law , corporate and business law , and municipality representation .
Hogue was born and raised in Minot . She attended the University of Northwestern-St . Paul where she earned her bachelor ' s degree in English . She went on to attend the University of North Dakota ( UND ) School of Law and graduated in 2022 . While in law school , Hogue interned with the U . S . Attorney ’ s Office in Bismarck and with the North Dakota Legislative Council during the 67th Legislative Assembly . She was also a member of the “ North Dakota Law Review ” and president of the UND Energy Law Association . She currently serves as a member and treasurer for the Ward County Bar Association .
Hogue is excited to have the opportunity to serve her hometown community of Minot . She is an avid equestrian who spends most of her free time riding horses . She also enjoys playing volleyball , traveling , and spending time with family , friends , and her dog , Chili .
TATIANA HAMILTON
Tatiana Hamilton is an associate attorney at Ohnstad Twichell , P . C . in West Fargo . She practices in the areas of civil litigation , family law , and municipal law . She is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in North Dakota and in state court in Minnesota . Prior to joining Ohnstad Twichell , Hamilton served as a law clerk to The Honorable Chief Justice Jon J . Jensen of the North Dakota Supreme Court during the 2021-2022 term .
Hamilton was raised in Fargo and graduated from Fargo North High School in 2013 . She attended the University of North Dakota ( UND ) for both her undergraduate and law degrees . During her time at UND for her undergraduate studies , she met her husband , Joseph Hackman , a fellow UND School of Law 2021 graduate . While in law school , Hamilton served as editor-in-chief of the “ North Dakota Law Review ,” won the internal moot court competition with her partner , Katie Winbauer , acted as a teaching assistant for the Lawyering Skills program , was a member of Trial Team , and served as vice president of the Law Women ’ s Caucus . Hamilton was elected to the Order of Barristers and the Order of the Coif following her graduation from law school .
Hamilton lives in Fargo with her husband and three cats , Harvey , Ranger , and Bella . Outside of work , she enjoys spending time with family and friends , and is always happy to go on a walk downtown , try a new coffee shop , or play board games .
