T he Sportsmen ’ s Alliance Foundation continues to fight federal overreach by the National Park Service . Under the Biden Administration , the service has decided not to defend a Trump-era rule that maintained cooperation with state wildlife management efforts . Instead , it is likely they will propose a new rule in 2022 that again reduces the state ’ s role in management opportunities . Despite the Biden Administration ’ s refusal to defend the rule in court , we are once more taking on the defense of this case pushed by the Humane Society of the United States .
