These forces will have profound implications for the future of coaching and workforce development .
The question now is , how can we anticipate and respond to these trends in a proactive and adaptive way ? How can we ensure that coaching remains relevant , accessible , and impactful ? How can we prepare and support coaches to thrive and contribute to the health and well-being of the nation ?
This Blueprint proposes collective actions and recommendations that we can take to shape the future of coaching in a positive and sustainable way , by providing a comprehensive and forwardlooking perspective .
From observing how the landscape is changing , we must shift coaching in a direction that aligns with those trends . 7
