Embarking on the journey towards a professionally regulated workforce is akin to running a marathon , not a sprint . It is a process laden with complexities , but we are making steady and assured progress in the right direction . We are collaborating with CIMSPA to establish a robust system of workforce governance and harm prevention .
CIMSPA ’ s development of agreed deployment standards will provide much-needed clarity in the coach learning landscape , paving the way for a safer , more structured and more efficient coaching system .
On the following page is a strategic framework , known as the ‘ 5 Rs ’ of effective workforce governance , that is designed to guide the sector towards developing a culture that values coaching excellence .
