KennyC is a Reggae / Soca recording artist / Performer / writer from the Tri island State of Grenada , Carriacou & Petite Martinique but feels proud to call Hamilton , Ontario , Canada home . He is one of Canada ’ s top Reggae / Soca artists .
He has graced international stages performing his original Soca and Reggae HIT tunes : “ Run Kirani Run ”, “ Feel So Good ”, “ Thank You Jah ”, “ Just What I Need ”, “ Give It To Dem ”, “ Never Give Up ” and also all time favourite cover songs .
He ’ s performed at Taste of Lawrence Festival at Nathan Phillip Square for hour-long segments on the main stage singing songs from his three albums . Past entertainer on Toronto Harbour Front entertainment stage , he recently performed at Hamilton ’ s It ’ s Your
Festival and Segment of Niagara Grape and Wine Festival plus several other International and community festivals .
KennyC is a much loved repeat performer at Montreal Spice Island Cultural Festival , Grenada Day Festival Toronto and Grenada Day Festival New York , singing his Grenadian anthems : “ Sweet Grenada ”, “ Grenada Full Ah Opportunity ”, “ Jab Jab Template ” and “ D Finish Line ” to his people .
His latest single created to commemorate Grenada 50th Independence , “ Grenada Big 50 ” recently ‘ mashed up ’ Grenada as it was embraced a song of choice by several Grenadian radio stations - playing everywhere during the last two weeks of February ’ s festival celebrations in Grenada . KennyC was proud to be part of his birthland ’ s 50th Independence Celebration and performed his big tune on one of the celebration ’ s main stages in Grenada ..
This versatile artist ’ s latest single created to commemorate Canada Day : “ Real Love Canada ” was released in May 2024 .
