Born and raised in Grenada , West Indies , and recently relocated to Nashville , Tenn , Soul / Funk / Pop newcomer , JEVERSON has been compared to artists ranging from James Brown to Bruno Mars , Anderson Paak , Leon Bridges and Chris Stapleton .
Although firmly rooted in Soul / Funk and Pop , JEVERSON ’ s music includes a unique blend of sonic spices … a touch of his Island roots with a pinch of Soca and a dash of Reggae with influences from artists such as Machel Montano , Patrice Roberts , Bob Marley , and Chronixx blended up with a healthy influence from wide ranging mainstream pop artists like The Clark Sisters , Beyonce , Daniel Caesar and Jacob Collier in addition to legends Otis Redding and Frank Sinatra .
Known simply as JEVERSON , he is preparing for a Match 25th EP release and a multi-city tour in Spring / Summer 2022 .
