Secondary School level , he participated in the School Soca Monarch and the Junior Calypso Monarch , where he was able to capture both titles .
Due to his victory in the Secondary School Soca Monarch in 2014 he was awarded the opportunity to fly the flag of Grenada Soca in Trinidad & Tobago in 2015 , where he met and interacted with well-known Soca Artist and Calypsonians such as Sekon Sta and Chuck Gordan and appeared in the Junior Soca Monarch Competition . He participated in the National Soca Monarch in 2015 and was able to make it to the Semi-finals stage in that competition . He also made it to the semi-finals stage in the National Soca Monarch in 2018 and 2019 .
Due to a rebranding from Secondary School Soca Monarch to School Soca Monarch in 2016 , Stunna was able to defend his 2014 title successfully while he was a student at the T . A Marryshow Community College .
During the years , the young artist had been consistently participating in competitions , such as the National Independence Calypso Competition . In 2019 , he joined the Grenada Professional Association of Calypsonians and Tents ( GPACT ), singing in their Kaiso Bards tent . That same year , he made it to the Finals of the Melody Papitet Finals also known as the Dimanche Gras .
He placed 4 th behind well-renowned Calypsonians Sour Serpent , Beast and Scholar . He also placed 2 nd in the National Independence Competition on one occasion and 3 rd on two occasions . He had also made it to the Finals of the National Soca Monarch in 2018 .
