Modella Cummings
Meet Modella Cummings , she ' s a junior chef from one of the Caribbean ' s most harmonious islands , Grenada .
Her passion peaked out of indecision and determination to find her true purpose in life as it relates to art . Having a mother who loved to cook , and father who was innovative , it ’ s safe to say that she took strong samples from both parents .
Back in 2015 , Cummings attended T . A . Marryshow Community College and attained an Associate Degree in Food and Beverage Management .
The young Chef worked in a few restaurants thereby familiarizing herself with different cuisines and also did some exploration in a local bakery on " fondant artistry ." Cummings feels extremely privileged to have worked in Grenada ' s only recipient of the covet AAA Five Diamond Award and also gaining most of her experience at the islands only Relais and Chateau establishments , where she grew fond of gastronomy .
Modella considers herself to be an extrovertedintrovert , “ though stone-faced I ’ m more than likely to brighten your day with some random humor ,” she shared . When this Chef isn ' t working , she enjoys experimenting with recipes using freshly picked organic ingredients , reading , listening to audiobooks , music , getting crafty with her glue gun or venturing out to the beach under the tropical sun .
