connection, delivering measurable effects on both sensory perception and skin appearance. This dual action makes it a powerful ingredient for well-ageing, glow enhancement and soothing skincare.
GlowCytocin was clinically tested on 60 male and female volunteers aged 18 to 65 with diverse skin phototypes, who applied either a formula with the active at 1 % or a placebotwice a day. Their brain electrical activity( alpha wave) was measured by EEG upon feather touch on the forearm before application, after 30 minutes and after 28 days. The results confirmed that the ingredient significantly enhances skin’ s sensory experience, reinforcing pleasurable sensations and emotional well-being.

Indeed, after 30 minutes, the activity of the left frontal cortex( an area linked to positive emotions and relaxation) increased by 3 % after just 30 minutes, with results that were confirmed after seven and 28 days. In addition, volunteers self-assessed their skin comfort levels, and results showed an immediate improvement(+ 18 % vs. placebo after 30 minutes), with continued enhancement(+ 27 % vs. placebo after 28 days).
On this same panel of volunteers, when GlowCytocin was applied before a capsaicin-induced irritation test on the face( nasolabial fold), participants reported a 56 % reduction in stinging sensations within 30 minutes, with this effect increasing to 89 % reduction after 28 days. This
demonstrates the soothing benefits of the active over the time.
GlowCytocin not only improves sensory perception but also enhances skin’ s appearance. Clinical studies demonstrated significant improvements in skin elasticity, wrinkle reduction, and overall radiance, making it possible to achieve the‘ love glow’.
Dermatological evaluations and PRIMOS imaging analysis revealed that GlowCytocin decreased wrinkle appearance by 11 % after 28 days, with performance reaching up to 46 %( Figure 3). Further cutometer analysis showed a 17 % increase in skin elasticity after four weeks of use, contributing to firmer, more youthfullooking skin( Figure 4).
In addition, volunteers assessed their skin’ s luminosity and radiance, with results showing a 28 % improvement in healthy glow within 30 minutes, which increased to 51 % after 28 days, demonstrating the capacity of GlowCytocin to achieve‘ love glow’( Figure 5).
Conclusion
By reinforcing the link between touch, positive emotions and skin health through the activation of oxytocin receptors, GlowCytocin aligns with modern consumer desires for skincare that not only enhances beauty but also supports mental wellness, using a world-shared emotion that everyone aims to achieve love. Whether incorporated into well-ageing, soothing, or glowenhancing formulations, it paves the way for a new generation of skincare that nurtures both skin and mind. ●
