ChemOutsourcing moves to Boston
ChemOutsourcing takes place again this September but in a new location.
ChemOutsourcing will take place for the 19th time this year, in its usual time slot but away from its traditional location in New Jersey. This year’ s event takes place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston North Shore on 15-17 September.
This year’ s show is expected to have about 100 exhibitors and over 800 visitors from around 30 countries. Typically 57 % of the vistitors come from the Americas, 22 % from Europe and 21 % from Asia. As usual, Speciality Chemicals Magazine is among the media partners and our global agent Ben Jones will be present throughout. Organiser Apaporis describes ChemOutsourcing as“ the premier CDMO USA-based pharmaceutical ingredients and services show connecting global small molecule and biologics manufacturing with hundreds of qualified buyers”. The 2026 spotlight includes small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, ADCs and related biologics but the exhibitor based includes suppliers of such products and services as:

• Finished dosage The event format revolves around small, no-frills exhibit booths and free private meeting rooms for customer meetings, combined with conference sessions and multiple networking opportunities. Passes cost $ 100 for qualified buyers and $ 895 for others.
It includes full access to meals and refreshments. The website lists all registered buyers by job title and affiliation, as well as the exhibitors.
The attendees are mostly executive buyers from pharmaceutical companies and consultancies responsible for sourcing starting materials, intermediates and APIs. All of them, Apaporis says, are experienced in working with CROs and CDMOs from North America, Europe and Asia.
The week of ChemOutsourcing 2026 begins with on the evening Monday 14 September 14, with a Senior Executive Innovator Pharma Dinner in Cambridge( by invitation only). Next day private meeting rooms and registration are open between 9.00 and 18.00, and exhibitor set-up takes place between 12.00 and 18.00. Other key times are as follows.
