Hall 16 Booth C12 / C14 display as well: the spacer bar bending machine, offering enhanced stability and accurate frame shaping, and a manual butyl extruder for flexible primary sealant application. Together, these platforms create a modular ecosystem, enabling manufacturers to configure their IG area according to specific production requirements.
FG Jumbo: Edge Processing for Jumbo Glass Following strong market response after its launch at Vitrum 2025, the FG returns at Glasstec in its Jumbo version. Designed for glass up to 3300 mm high and 6000 mm long, and equipped with 200 mm diamond wheels, FG Jumbo performs simultaneous arrissing / seaming and flat edge grinding. This reduces cycle times while
ensuring consistent edge quality on oversized formats. An integrated rinsing and drying module completes the process in one compact solution, addressing growing demand for large float and laminated glass processing in major architectural projects.
EM-DM-VW: Fully Integrated Edge Processing The EM-DM-VW line represents Forel’ s integrated vision of edge processing. Grinding, drilling / milling and washing operate simultaneously, streamlining flow and minimising handling and downtime. The grinding machine features an automatic eight-position tool changer, ensuring flexibility
and rapid setup— essential for dynamic production environments— while reducing manual intervention.
